Leon Liao

Mr. Liao combines extensive experience in venture capital, corporate finance, and pharmaceutical product development. With more than a decade of experience in fundraising, investment management, and risk control, he has successfully supported business growth initiatives and strategic financing activities across multiple sectors.

Prior to his finance career, Mr. Liao contributed to the development of Exenatide Extended‑Release for Injectable Suspension, the first GLP-1 receptor agonist utilizing microsphere‑based sustained‑release technology, while working at Amylin Pharmaceuticals. His unique blend of scientific training and financial expertise enables him to bridge innovation, investment, and commercialization.

Mr. Liao earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Tianjin University and an M.S. in Molecular Sciences from the University of Tennessee.
