Julia Zhu

Ms. Zhu is a seasoned quality management professional with more than two decades of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control, and quality assurance. She has extensive expertise in quality management throughout the product development and manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring compliance with international regulatory standards.

She successfully led the establishment of quality systems for OPL’s U.S. operations, enabling the organization to pass FDA inspections and secure manufacturing licensure. Her experience includes developing and maintaining GMP‑compliant quality management systems, overseeing regulatory readiness, and leading both internal and external audits.

Ms. Zhu’s leadership and technical expertise have been instrumental in strengthening OPL’s quality culture and supporting the successful development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products.
